Roger Tamraz is an international energy financier and the founder of the Netoil Group. He possesses a proven legacy in delivering globally significant infrastructure projects, including early-stage involvement and development of the BTC (Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan) and SUMED (Suez-Mediterranean) pipelines.
His extensive background encompasses international banking, venture capital, energy development, transport, and large-scale project structuring across the Middle East, Europe, Central Asia, and the United States.

South African Project Lead
Dr. Rufus Kalidheen is a seasoned energy executive and the former Director of Fuelex and Orkela Energy. He leads the strategic development, stakeholder engagement, and execution framework for Netoil Green Energy’s South African project platform, including the flagship RBIDZ Green Refinery.
His critical mandate includes ensuring government and institutional alignment, guiding investment structuring, managing infrastructure rollout, and strategically positioning projects within national energy policy frameworks.
